According to the MF order no.410 of 4 March 2024, on the establishment of the indexed amount to be granted in the form of cultural vouchers for the first semester of 2024, published in the M.O on 29.04.2024, the following changes are established:
For the first semester of the year 2024, the amount of the amount to be granted monthly, respectively occasionally, in the form of cultural vouchers, established according to the provisions of Article 33 of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 165/2018 on the granting of value tickets, approved by Government Decision no. 1.045/2018, with subsequent amendments, is a maximum of 210 lei/month, respectively a maximum of 430 lei/event.
The nominal value established above also applies for the first 2 months of the second semester of 2024, i.e. August 2024 and September 2024.
Cultural vouchers are value tickets granted to employees, on a monthly or occasional basis, for the payment of the value of cultural goods and services (subscriptions or tickets to shows, concerts, film screenings, museums, festivals, fairs and exhibitions, permanent or itinerant, theme parks, including those intended for children, books, school textbooks, music albums, films.
Cultural tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.
