In the Official Gazette with the number 1037 of 25 October 2022 was published the ANAF Order no.1842 of 20 October 2022 on the amendment of the Order of the President of the National Agency for Tax Administration no.1036/2021 for the approval of the standardized form ”Official report on the finding and sanctioning of offences” used in the activity of verification of the personal tax situation.
The form referred to in Article 1 paragraph (1) has a special regime and is printed by specialized units, on the basis of orders received from the National Tax Administration Agency for the General Directorate of Revenue Control for Individuals and from the Regional General Directorates of Public Finance for their tax inspection services and for the tax inspection structures for individuals within their subordinate units.
The Directorate General for Revenue Control of Individuals, the Regional Directorates General of Public Finance and their subordinate units shall take measures to implement the provisions of this Order.
