The Order of the Minister of Finance no. 2809/2020 was published in the Official Gazette no. 949 of October 15, 2020, regulates the types of tax receivables that can be paid through bank cards online through the National Electronic Payment System.
The provisions of the normative act apply to:
– resident and non-resident individuals fiscally identified on the basis of the personal numerical code or fiscal identification number for the types of tax receivables provided in annex no. 1 of the Order,
– legal entities for the payment of the types of tax receivables provided in annex no. 2 of the Order.
