This act introduces some important changes, which enter into force on July 5, 2020, the date of entry into force of the act, as follows:
- A natural person may be a sole shareholder in several limited liability companies; the same provisions apply to legal persons, limited liability companies, even if they have sole shareholder, a natural person;
– The conditions regarding the area or number of companies that can operate in a registered office have been eliminated;
– Elimination of the approval of the Owners’ Association for companies that do not carry out the activity at the headquarters and its replacement with a statement on the own responsibility of the administrator.
Within 60 days from the date of entry into force, the Government will review the submitted amendments. by methodological norms of application.
