In the Official Gazette 937 of 26.09.2022, Decision 1164 was published regarding the approval of the online access procedure for employees or former employees to data from the general register of employees.
Thus, employees or former employees will have online access to REVISAL data from the year 2025. The government decided to postpone the measure until the platform is restored with money from PNRR.
Until the date when the computer system will be functional and in order to facilitate the access of employees/former employees to their data from the register, the territorial labor inspectorates are obliged to issue, upon their written request, an extract that reflects the activity on the basis of an individual employment contract, within no more than 15 days from the date of registration of the request.
For online access to Revisal, the employee or former employee can go to the territorial labor inspectorate or by proxy, in order to obtain the username and password.
Obtaining the username and password is based on the presentation of the following documents:
a) written request for the release of the username and password, according to the model below;
b) the identity card, original or scanned;
c) special power of attorney, for requests made by the authorized person, in the original or a duplicate of the original document.
Seniority in work or in the specialty can be proven with the extract generated online from the register assumed by the employer through the signature, which certifies the activity carried out, the duration of the activity, the salary, the seniority in work and in the specialty, according to the documents held by the employer.
