In a statement published on the institution’s website, Cristian Ghinea, Minister of European Investment and Projects, and Claudiu Năsui, Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism, announced the release of the three financing measures for entrepreneurs, launched in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to identify the resources needed to fully cover the budget, ie the missing € 500 million, a meeting was held on Friday, 15 January 2021, with representatives of the European Commission, to notify the state aid schemes in the expected form. by the tens of thousands of entrepreneurs who submitted applications, and acceptance of the measures will be given between 22 and 26 January 2021. The next step is for the budget to be adopted by parliament, with the new amendments.
Also, through the same communiqué, the representatives of the mentioned ministries inform the increase of the processing rhythm to 845 files/day and the reduction of the time in which the money will enter the accounts of the admitted applicants.
