The Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT) has published for the purpose of public consultation a O.U.G. draft on amending and supplementing O.G. no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services
The project considers the following aspects:
- the express exemption from the norms of OG no.99/2000 of activities regarding the delivery/supply of food based on distance contracts;
- repeal of the provisions that create legislative parallelism, and that are not in line with current commercial realities;
- modification of the articles as a result of the necessary abrogations;
- elimination of bureaucratic procedures.
