The procedure for granting the payment rescheduling by the central fiscal body, as well as for the modification of annex no. 2 to the Order of the President of ANAF no. 90/2016 for the approval of the content of the request for granting the payment rescheduling and of the supporting documents attached to it, as well as of the Procedure for applying the granting of the payment rescheduling by the central fiscal authorities, was approved by Order no. 3896/2020 of the president of ANAF, published in the Official Gazette no. no. 1104 of November 19, 2020.
Starting with 19.11.2020, taxpayers can submit by electronic means of remote transmission, applications for access to the simplified payment schedule.
The model of the payment rescheduling request is provided in Annex no. 1 to the Procedure for the application of the payment rescheduling by the central fiscal body and can be downloaded on the ANAF website, accessing for notification the link https://static.anaf.ro/static/10/Anaf/formulare/C_OPANAF_3896_2020.pdf
