The Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment of Romania announced on Friday, November 13, that it responded to signals from the business environment and supplemented the budget allocated to the working capital grant scheme for companies affected by COVID-19, a program run by the Ministry Economy, Energy and Business Environment, amounting to EUR 500 million, so as to cover all applications submitted under this program by more than 22,000 small and medium-sized enterprises.
Thus, the EUR 1 billion program becomes the EUR 1.5 billion program, by supplementing the budget for this measure – working capital grants for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
