The Ministry of Finance announces the initiation of the process of connecting the electronic cash registers to the computer system of MF-ANAF

The Ministry of Finance announces the initiation of the process of connecting electronic cash registers to the computer system of MF-ANAF, starting with March 31, 2021, and asks taxpayers to register in the SPV (Virtual Private Space) to facilitate the connection process.

The connection deadlines for electronic fiscal cash registers are:

– 30.06.2021, for fiscal electronic cash registers owned by economic operators included in the category of large taxpayers;

– 30.11.2021, for electronic fiscal cash registers held by economic operators classified as small and medium taxpayers.

Obtaining the profile by authorized distributors and accredited service units in order to connect the fiscal electronic cash registers to the MF-ANAF computer system can be done through the account created in the Virtual Private Space system by them. Authorized distributors and accredited service units can download up to 1,000 connection profiles in bulk.

ANAF also published, in order to support taxpayers, the “Guide on connecting electronic fiscal cash registers to the MF-ANAF computer system” available at https://static.anaf.ro/static/10/Anaf/Informatii_R/GHID_CONECTARE_AMEF_31032021.pdf
