We would like to inform you that Order no. 369/26.03.2026 of the Ministry of Finance, regarding the establishment of the amounts granted in the form of cultural vouchers for the first semester of 2026, has been published in the Official Gazette no. 258 dated April 1, 2026.
According to the provisions of this normative act:
- For the first semester of 2026, the maximum value of cultural vouchers is:
- RON 250/month for monthly granting;
- RON 490/event for occasional granting.
- These values will also apply to August and September 2026 (the first two months of the second semester).
Cultural vouchers are granted in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 165/2018 on value tickets and its implementing methodological norms.
We recommend taking these thresholds into account when establishing internal policies regarding employee benefits.
