We inform you that in the Official Gazette No. 196 of 13.03.2026, Decision No. 146 of 11.03.2026 was published, which establishes that, starting with 1 July 2026, the guaranteed minimum gross basic salary in the country will be 4,325 lei per month, without including bonuses or other allowances. This is calculated for a normal working schedule of 166.667 hours/month, which corresponds to an hourly rate of 25.949 lei/hour.
At the same time, we remind you that employees who have a seniority of more than two years within the company can no longer be remunerated with the minimum wage in the economy.
