Today, January 15, 2025, is the deadline for submitting the 700 form for changing the VAT tax vector, as follows:
- Entities that had quarterly VAT in 2024 and had a turnover exceeding 100,000 euros as of December 31, 2024, calculated at the exchange rate of 4.9764 RON/EUR – must submit the 700 form to switch to monthly VAT.
- Entities that had monthly VAT in 2024 and had a turnover of less than 100,000 euros as of December 31, 2024, calculated at the exchange rate of 4.9764 RON/EUR – must submit the 700 form to switch to quarterly VAT.
