From the preliminary analysis of the tax risk, it was found that the company, in the period 2018-2022, recorded in its books of accounts expenses for goods in the amount much higher than the income from their sale.
The tax inspection authorities notified the found deficiencies, and the company proceeded to submit the rectifying returns code 710 in December for the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 for the tax on microenterprises’ income, and for VAT, the company did not make the correction in the tax periods to which the deficiencies pertain, which is why the tax inspection authorities proceeded to determine the additional VAT.
Thus, as a result of the documentary check carried out, the tax inspection authorities established additional VAT in the total amount of x lei.
