Request and obtain password for online transmission of the Register according to HG 905/2017

The procedure and documents that employers are obliged to submit to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate for obtaining the password are provided in the MMFPS order no. 1918 of 25 July 2011.

The register filled in on the basis of the computer application or distributed by the Labour Inspectorate shall be submitted to the territorial labour inspectorate in whose territorial radius the employer has its headquarters or domicile, as the case may be, at the latest on the working day preceding the start of the activity by the first employee.

The on-line transmission is made after the employer has requested and obtained the user name and password and activated access to the Labour Inspection portal on https://reges.inspectiamuncii.ro.

The following documents are required for the first submission of the register to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate:

  • Revisal submission form (Annex 1);
  • copy of the certificate of registration with the Trade Register or tax registration certificate (if applicable);
  • copy of the identity card of the legal representative or of the authorised person in case the person presenting is different from the legal representative;
  • the file generated from the employee register, with the .rvs extension.

 

Obtaining the username and password is done at the Territorial Labour Inspectorate in whose territorial area the employer has its headquarters or domicile, based on the presentation of the following documents:

  • form for the issue of the user name and password (Annex 2);
  • a power of attorney signed and stamped by the employer, if the person requesting the username and password is not the employer’s legal representative;
  • copy of the certificate of registration with the Trade Register or of the tax registration certificate (if applicable);
  • copy of the identity card of the authorised person.

 

Obtaining the user name and password is conditional upon submission to the Territorial Labour Inspectorate of the general register of employees.

 

Transmission by e-mail based on electronic signature.

Employers who have an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate obtained from a certification service provider under the terms of Law No 455/2001 on electronic signatures, may submit the general register of employee records to the e-mail address provided by the Labour Inspectorate.

Reset REGES portal password

If the password used for authentication on the REGES portal no longer works or has been forgotten, or simply wishes to change it, the employer’s legal representative must contact the Territorial Labour Inspectorate to which the employer belongs to obtain a new password.

Please note that the Territorial Labour Inspectorate is the only institution that manages the authentication passwords in the REGES system.
