On 01.11.2023, Emergency Ordinance no.93/2023 was published in the Official Gazette which provides for the following:
– Starting with the revenues related to the month of November, the minimum gross salary guaranteed in the construction sector is increased to 4,582 lei per month, for a normal work schedule of 165,333 hours per month, representing an average of 27,714 lei/hour.
– Starting with the incomes related to the month of November, the guaranteed minimum gross salary in the country in the agricultural sector and in the food industry is increased to 3,436 lei per month, for a normal working schedule of 165,333 hours per month on average, representing on average 20,782 lei/ hour.
