In the Official Gazette with the number 612 of July 5, 2023 was published the Law no.197 of July 4, 2023 for the approval of the Government Ordinance (OG) no.27/2022 on the regulation of some financial measures through the establishment of the de minimis aid scheme for the transition to the circular economy.
Government Ordinance no. 27 of 24 August 2022 on the regulation of some financial measures through the establishment of the de minimis aid scheme for the transition to the circular economy, adopted pursuant to Article 1 point I.5 of Law no. 186/2022 on the empowerment of the Government to issue ordinances, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 839 of 26 August 2022, with the following amendment:
The Annex shall be amended and shall have the following content:
