On 05.10.2021 was published in the Official Gazette 950, the Decision no. 1,071 of October 4, 2021, according to which, starting with January 1, 2022, the minimum gross basic salary in the country guaranteed in payment is set at 2,550 lei per month, for a normal work schedule of an average of 167,333 hours per month, representing 15,239 lei / hour.
