Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 210_2020 for amending of the Government Ordering (OG) No. 99_2000 on the marketing of products and services on the market

In the Official Gazette no. 1193 of December 8, 2020, OUG no. 210/2020 for the amendment of Government Ordinance (OG) No. 99/2000 on the marketing of products and services on the market, by means of amendments concerning the soldering-sales:

 

  • elimination of the condition from art.23 of the ordinance, that the products proposed for welding be paid to the supplier by the trader at least 30 days before the start date of the soldering sales period;
  • elimination of the condition that the stock of products proposed for soldering is previously constituted in the respective sales structure, in the sales spaces and warehouses of the sales structure, as well as, as the case may be, in one or more warehouses of the trader, with at least 15 days before the start date of the soldering sale, and of the condition to be renewed after the establishment or during the soldering sales, by repealing art. 24 of the ordinance;
  • elimination of the provision regarding the obligation that the legal supporting documents certifying that the stock of products proposed for welding was constituted at least 15 days before the start date of the sale of soldering and paid at least 30 days before this date to be kept in order to be presented, whenever necessary, to the competent control authorities, obligation provided in art. 26 of the ordinance
  • elimination of the obligation to notify the mayor’s office in whose territorial area the trader carries out his activity, of the period in which the soldering sales are made at least 15 days before the beginning of the operations, obligation provided in art. 27 paragraph (2) of the ordinance.
